Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging must be in original condition as when sent
  • Proof of purchase is required for the item to be returned
  • You have 14 days to notify us of your intent to return an item from the date you received it. Please contact our customer service team at info@goodcuppa.com.au to initiate the return process. Please include proof of purchase in your correspondence
  • After notifying Good Cuppa within 14 days, you have 30 days from the day you received your item to send it back to us at your expense
  • Due to health and safety, refunds for change-of-mind will not be accepted

Refund/Exchange:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the eligibility of your refund or exchange based on the condition of item and its packaging
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or send you a replacement product

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Exceptions:

  • Personalized or customized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect in the product
