What material is the Good Cuppa?

All our products are made from durable, borosilicate glass, including the lid.

Can I have hot and cold drink in there?

Yes, our double walled cups maintains the temperature of hot and cold drinks whilst allowing you to hold onto the cup with ease.

What is the seal made from?

Our seal is a custom seal made from food-grade, BPA Free silicone

Is the seal supposed to come off?

Yes, we wanted to ensure all areas of the cup could be cleaned. We recommend removing the seal before putting the cup in the diswasher.

My cup has a defect, what do I do?

All our cups are hand blown so we expect some imperfections to be there. If there is a concern with the finish of your cup, please email us at info@goodcuppa.com.au and we will provide a replacement cup for you.

Do you ship to the USA?

We do! We are shipping locally from our warehouse in California.

I broke my cup, what do I do?

Oh no! That's ok, please email us at info@goodcuppa.com.au with a photo and we will assist you from there.
